Ben Dyer Associates has been in business in the Washington Metropolitan area for 70 years. This web site will give you an idea of our corporate atmosphere and philosophy, tell you what the firm does, and who are the people doing it.

Ben Dyer Associates will always strive to aid its clients in achieving their development and engineering objectives. We are here not only to help the client identify the problems but, also more importantly, to seek economical and timely solutions in an ever changing and complicated regulatory process. Our company maintains a balanced ratio of experienced professionals and enthusiastic younger graduates and technicians, all committed to providing quality and personalized service to our clients.

We make a practice of listening to our clients' interpretation of a situation and ideas for a scope of services and, together with the client, establish the most timely and cost conserving solution. About Ben Dyer Associates, Inc.

Ben Dyer entered private practice as a registered professional engineer and land surveyor in 1935, serving the local private and public sectors. Over time the company grew as it's client base expanded. Mr. Dyer retired in 1976. Since that time, the company has continued to provide the quality services to its clients that he was known for.

Today Ben Dyer Associates addresses the civil

engineering, surveying, and land planning needs of the

Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area and Southern Maryland Region through two offices, located in Mitchellville and La Plata, Maryland. Today the company comprises of more than 110 employees dedicated to providing quality workmanship and timely service for its clients. These employees include registered professional engineers, licensed surveyors, registered landscape architects, engineers, planners, surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
