Mr. Caison is an Associate and Project Manager. Mr. Caison has 30 years of progressive experience in real estate/land development projects in the analysis, design construction, maintenance, and project management of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional developments. This expertise encompasses both new development and re-development projects. Mr. Caison holds a degree from the University of the District of Columbia in Construction Engineering with an area of concentration in land development, water resources and building construction. Mr. Caison also holds a Professional Master of Engineering with the concentration of Project Management from the University of Maryland. Mr. Caison is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and the Chesapeake Water Environment Association. He also serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Ardmore Enterprises, Inc. [501-(c)(3)], an organization that strives to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
