Mr. Caillouet is an Associate and Project Manager at Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. and has over 34 years of experience in the design and overall management of civil engineering projects for governmental, public facility, residential, commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Kevin joined BDAI in 1994 as a Senior Engineer in the Stormwater, Paving, and Erosion Control Section. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland majoring in Agricultural Engineering. Kevin is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and serves on the Liaison Committees for the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA). Kevin has also provided expert testimony before the Zoning Hearing Examiner in Prince George’s County, Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
