Morgan M. Walubita, P.E.

Mr. Walubita is an Associate and he also serves as the Section Head of the Stormwater, Paving and Erosion Control Section where he supervises Senior Engineers, Engineers and Designers. Since starting his career with Ben Dyer in 2001 as a student intern, Morgan has been involved in commercial, residential, mining and landfill projects in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Morgan is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia with a major in Civil Engineering. Morgan is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers, the Maryland Building Industry Association, and is active on the Prince George’s Development Process Subcommittee. Morgan also serves on the Prince George’s County Department of Permitting and Inspections (DPIE) Storm Water Task Force.
