Become a Ben Dyer Associates Intern
At Ben Dyer Associates, Inc., we believe in developing future permanent employees. We recruit qualified candidates for internship programs in the areas of Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Surveying. We are looking for interns who want to experience the day-to-day operations of a land development consulting firm. Typical projects involve site/civil design for residential, commercial and industrial site development. Interns are partnered with mentors and are part of a team-based learning environment collaborating together to coordinate and move projects forward.
As a Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. Intern, you will get to take part in:
- Site visits to see the engineering, land planning, and surveying process in action
- Assisting staff in preparing calculations, drafting, plan mark-ups, and preparing construction drawings
- Help with preparing reports, performing and adjusting quantity calculations
- Collaborating and communicating with other team members
- Hands-on training in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- An engaging employee atmosphere with company social events and outing
