This 100-unit, four story multifamily complex is situated on seven acres. Ben Dyer Associates, Inc.’s engineers used their expertise to navigate project challenges, including:

• A topographically high location with an average of 45 feet elevation difference between the top of the slope and the street level creating challenging grading conditions
• Buried problematic soils that affected placement and the type of underground stormwater management
• Water quality facilities to be constructed for the site
