Michael A. Novy, P.E.
Senior Associate
Mr. Novy is a Senior Associate and Project Manager at Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. Over his 30+year career he has been involved in commercial, industrial, residential, mining and landfill projects in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Since joining BDAI in 1992, Mike has also served as the Section Head of the Stormwater, Paving and Erosion Control, and Water and Sewer Sections. Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a major in Civil Engineering and an area of concentration in Water Resources. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. As a member of the Maryland Building Industry Association he participated in the Prince George’s County Chapter meetings and the Stormwater Management, Development Process, WSSC Liaison, and WSSC Ad-Hoc Subcommittees. Mike has also provided expert testimony as a professional engineer in Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and Frederick Counties in Maryland.
