Mr. Woodburn has been with Ben Dyer since 1989 and currently serves dual roles as the Vice President and is a Senior Project Manager. Paul has over 30 years of professional experience in land development projects and in the analysis, design and construction of residential, commercial, industrial, mineral extraction and institutional developments. He also serves as Town Engineer for two local municipal governments. Paul is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a major in Civil Engineering and an area of concentration in land development and water resources, and is a member of the Chi Epsilon Fraternity. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has served as a State of Maryland Appointee to the WSSC Water & Sewer Rates Committee and as a 5–year Board member for the Summit School. Paul has provided expert testimony on numerous cases as a professional civil engineer in Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Calvert, Howard and Montgomery Counties. Paul is also member of the select group Leadership Maryland. Leadership Maryland is comprised of business leaders in Maryland seeking to apply their knowledge and leadership for the greater good of Maryland.
